🚗 PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Backyard Parking: Designated reserved parking space in the backyard that can fit up to 2 medium-sized vehicles.
Additional Parking: Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (please follow all posted city parking signs). Nearby paid parking garages and lots are also available in the surrounding downtown area.

For the safety and security of our guests, property, and community:
Primary guest must complete virtual ID verification.
Complete and sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement prior to receiving Smart Lock check-in instructions.

🔇 QUIET HOURS, OUTDOOR CINEMA & NOISE POLICY
We respect our neighbors and strictly enforce quiet hours to ensure a peaceful neighborhood environment.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily.
Outdoor Cinema & Patio Rules: The outdoor movie projector, cinema setup, arcade/outdoor games, and outdoor patio entertainment must be turned off by 10:00 PM.
Decibel Monitoring: Outdoor noise levels are monitored by exterior noise decibel sensors (these monitor decibel levels only and do not record conversations or audio).
Strict Policy: Parties, events, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in an immediate penalty of $2,000+, eviction, and financial responsibility for any damages.
📷 EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY DEVICES
Exterior Security Cameras: Monitored cameras are located strictly on the exterior of the property to oversee entrances and exterior perimeters. No cameras are located inside the home.
Safety Devices: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and exterior decibel sensors.
🐕 SERVICE & ESA ANIMALS
Service animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are welcome with proper documentation. Please submit your documentation prior to check-in so we can prepare for your arrival.
