This is a peaceful high-rise residential community. We ask guests to strictly respect our neighbors and building policies.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily. Outdoor patio and indoor noise must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours.
Monitoring: Quiet hours and noise levels are strictly monitored by exterior decibel sensors and enforced in accordance with building HOA policies.
Strict Policy: Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Decibel sensors monitor noise volume only and do not record conversations or audio.
