On-Site Parking: Includes free parking for up to 4 vehicles on the premises (2 inside the garage and 2 on the private driveway).
Street / Garage Options: Additional free street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood on a first-come, first-served basis (please obey posted street-sweeping signs). Nearby paid parking garages are also available closer to the SDSU campus area if needed.
🪪 HOUSE RULES & PRE-CHECK-IN VERIFICATION
For the safety and security of our guests, property, and neighborhood:
Short-Term Rental Agreement & ID Check: Guests are required to complete virtual ID verification and sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily. Outdoor noise, music, and gatherings must be kept to a minimum out of respect for neighbors.
Exterior Security Cameras: Monitored security cameras are strictly located on the exterior of the building (monitoring property entry points and perimeter). No cameras are inside the home.
Strict Policies: NO parties, NO events, NO pets, and NO unregistered guests. Strictly NO smoking inside (designated outdoor smoking areas available).
